How do I play?

Walkers march straight ahead. Choose a skill at the bottom of the screen, then tap a walker to give it that skill. Save as many as the level asks for. Pinch to zoom, drag to look around, and use rewind to go back and try again. You can replay the introduction under Settings.

I bought the full game, but the levels are locked

Open a locked pack and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you bought with.

Is my progress saved in iCloud?

No. Solved levels are stored on your device only, so deleting the app removes them. Your purchase is never lost: restore it on any device with the same Apple Account.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can I turn off sound or vibration?

Yes, under Settings (the gear) on the home screen or during a level.

Where do the levels come from?

Walkers is built on the open-source game Lix, and its levels were made by the Lix community. You'll find everyone credited under Settings → Credits & licenses.
