Walkers

Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 October 2026. This policy covers the app Walkers – Pixel Puzzle for iPhone and iPad (App Store) and for Android (Google Play).

Who is responsible

Walkers is made by Jacob Lassen, Norway. Contact: lassen90@gmail.com.

In short

Data kept on your device

Which levels you have solved and your settings (sound, vibration, fast-forward speed, whether you have seen the introduction) are stored only on your device. They are not sent anywhere, and deleting the app deletes them.

Purchases

The one-time purchase that unlocks all levels is made through Apple's App Store on iPhone and iPad, and through Google Play on Android. Apple or Google handles the payment; we never see your card or your Apple or Google account details. See Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

To check your purchase and unlock the levels, the app uses RevenueCat, Inc. (USA). When the app starts and when you buy or restore, RevenueCat receives:

When the unlock screen opens, the app also tells RevenueCat that it was shown and from where (for example from a locked pack), with the anonymous ID, a session ID and the time. This tells us how many players see the offer and buy it, so we can improve the game.

We use this data only to unlock what you bought, to prevent fraud, and for this simple purchase statistics. It is not linked to your name or email, not used for advertising, not sold and not shared with anyone else. RevenueCat processes it on our behalf; see RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Legal basis

Processing needed to deliver what you bought is based on our contract with you. The purchase statistics are based on our legitimate interest in improving the game; you can object by emailing us.

How long it is kept, and your rights

RevenueCat keeps purchase records while they are needed to unlock your purchase and to meet accounting obligations. You can ask to see or delete the data connected to your copy of the app by emailing lassen90@gmail.com. As we do not know who you are, we may ask for the order ID from your Apple or Google Play receipt to find it. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.

Children

Walkers does not ask for personal information and has no chat, accounts or ads. Purchases on a child's device follow the parent's settings in Apple's Screen Time and Ask to Buy, or in Google Family Link and Google Play's purchase approvals.
